Jackcess warning

I am using jackcess to connect my access database with java and I have also added jackcess dependencies like commons lang, commons logging,commons codec,poi, junit and log4j. But IDE is not connecting to access database and I have got this warning.

log4j:WARN No appenders could be found for logger (com.healthmarketscience.jackcess.impl.DatabaseImpl).
log4j:WARN Please initialize the log4j system properly.

What can I do to remove this warning?

You can safely ignore that warning, it has nothing to do with any connectivity issues the code may have.
