I could not find any headfirst books for software testing. Could somebody suggest me some good books for software testing similar to headfirst?

There aren't any. Head First is a very specific style. THere are many good books on testing though. But not cartoon like.

Hi, you can check these books: Software Testing by Ron Patton and Lessons Learned in Software Testing by Cem Kaner.
Alternatively, you can go for Software Testing training which gives you hands on practice and then you can go for CTFL certification.
Hope this helps! Good Luck!

It is sorta covered in the JavaRanch Style Guide.
