I am getting following error,

jasperFile = Item_List.jasper;
JasperPrint jasperPrint = JasperFillManager.fillReport(jasperFile, parameters, con);

net.sf.jasperreports.engine.JRException: Class not found when loading object from file : Item_List.jasper

How to solve this?

Just a rough guess you might need to further clarify the path to the file.
It is unlikely that whereever you are running this code knows exactly where to locate the file you are specifying.

I think, some object in jasper report file not found or missing.
