Has anyone watched the Functional Thinking videos by Neal Ford from O'Reilly? I'm thinking of splashing out on them...$49 though

My colleague has those videos and considers them "decent" although he hasn't gone thru them all yet. He also has Neal Ford's "Clojure Inside Out" with Stu Halloway http://shop.oreilly.com/product/0636920030409.do and he likes those a lot better (he finds Stu a better presenter than Neal). I haven't seen either so I have no opinion.

Might be worth trawling through tech video sites like http://www.infoq.com first as there's a lot of good FP stuff available for free, including some from Neal Ford. Look out for Rich Hickey's talks as well, especially Simple made easy.
