Hey I am reasonably okay, but I am confused. I am rather new in this company, working here 3 months. I have this really simple assignment, that had no more use apart from letting a user click once instead of twice. I am like one and a half week in the dark, without getting any progress. Nobody says anything. No team lead asking if I made progress. No feedback if this is a useful way to spend a whole week. After a week I asked for some advice. Yes, I should have spoken sooner. But no control initiative from my lead. It's seems they are all too busy with their own assignments, and happy that they have kept me busy, and/or they think I am hopeless anyway.

I am getting my assignment done now I think, by using a simple vb script. (See my other post.) So, now I am making progress. Okay, so, getting it done now, and I asked for feedback myself, and surprisingly they were not angry that I did not make any progress for a week, so, I think I am okay. Right?

Ah don't worry, survived worse. :-)

A lot of people cry when they cut onions. The trick is not to form an emotional bond. This tiny ad told me:
