How to change the password of certificate in gnupg

Hello Dears,

I have installed GNUPG and created certificate but at the time of creation it didn't ask me to enter password and now when i am trying to change password with "KELOPATRA" getting error which has attached.

I cannot say for certain, but it certainly seems to me that adding a passphrase to a certificate that didn't have one is false security, since anyone could do it if there was not original passphrase.

You are probably better off simply generating a new cert. One that carries a passphrase from its creation.

That's assuming I'm not reading the whole thing wrong and what it's really looking for isn't something like the Gnome Keyring passphrase.
