Hello Ranchers,

I dont know, whether it is the right place for this topic or not.

Today I come to know that I have to develop portlets for my organisation, using JSR 168 so we can deploy them in any compliant portal, reducing our dependency on one vendor.
We will use Vignette's Portal for QA and Produciton deployments, but will use Apache Pluto for development.

Can anyone help me, where should I get the reference about the same.
I am totally new to portal development. I need help from all you guys.
