Do we need to put justification of my design into Assumption section ? or I should make statements in the Essay exam ?

It needs to be in the assumption section. The essay will ask specific questions and you won't know what they are until after you submit your assignment.

Remember that the assumptions are there to help the evaluator. You want to make things easy for him/her. And you certainly don't want to lose points because the evaluator didn't know whether you thought about something and assumed that you didn't!
