Creating a layer where the borders can be draggable

Hi,
I've a code to create a layer on a PDF document in swing, but here the width is fixed. please let me know how i can drag the border of layer after i open PDF document in this frame.

My code is as below.

Coming to the issue, you have used some "org.icepdf.core.views.*" imports - which library do these belong to? Is it openly available for download? You have to provide these details.

icepdf is an external API for PDF documents in java, it is an open source and can be found in this link. http://www.icesoft.org/java/downloads/icepdf-downloads.jsf. here the actual problem is I've created a layer. everything below



it has borders, but they are of fixed width, here i want these borders to be set at run time i.e. the user can drag the border to set its length and width.
