A forum isn't an application framework, so I'm going to move this to Other Open Source Projects.

Hi there are several Forum in built on java technology for example : www.Jforum.net based on freemaker if you want to know all OSS frum in Java then check out : http://java-source.net/open-source/forum-software Hope it helps
