JNLP and Timeout Error

When I double click a JNLP on my desktop, a Java window comes up and goes away followed by another window that says it is downloading the application and then nothing. The only thing I can see is a Java icon in my dock. If I double click the icon again, the same thing happens, only sometimes it launches the application, other times I get the following time-out error:

Not sure why there is an "Unknown Source". This jnlp works fine in the office. It is when I try after hours at my house that the issue arises. There have been nights when the program works fine for four hours, other times I cannot even get a long-on screen. Looking to see if anyone has any ideas as to why. Thank you.
I agree. Here's the link: http://aspose.com/file-tools
