I have been working through the lessons listed on the Cattle Drive page. For various reasons, I am unable to subscribe to the Cattle Drive at this time. I'd say that I plan to do so in the near future, but I can hear the "yeah, right, never heard that before"s now.

Anyway, I just finished the second lesson, Even Or Odd. I see on the assignment page that the instructor solution was 22 lines. My attempt is 19 lines, including two blank and one comment (that is totally irrelevant). I then added exception handling, which extended the program to 32 lines (I was rather verbose). I was wondering if it might be possible for me to look at the instructor's solution, either by email or a purple moosage. And I completely understand if the answer is no. I'm just hoping to satisfy a curiosity.

Thanks,

Robert
(by the way, I think this is an excellent process)

Hi Robert,

No, we don't share the instructor solutions. They are only given to students after they've been thoroughly nitpicked (which usually takes a few rounds back and forth.

Katrina,

Greetings. Thank you for the reply. Not the answer I was hoping for, but totally understandable.

Regards,
Robert

Don't worry too much about the number of lines. They are just guidelines. In this case, I would guess that your first 22 line solution is closer to the instructor's solution than the 32 line one.
