I recently achieved OCMJD.
I downloaded the assignment 21-JUN-2013
I uploaded the assignment 16-DEC-13
I took the essay exam 17-DEC-13

Now my certificate is visible at CertView. I can also download eCertificate from there.
On both I see Date Achieved: 21-JUN-2013
Is this a bug? Do they do this on purpose?
If someone asked me what was the date I'd answer 17-DEC-13 because this is a day I completed final requirement.
So, can I brag that I did this whole certificate in one day ?

I asked Oracle support and they replied

Please note for Oracle Certified Master, Java SE6 Developer certification track, the certified date will be considered as the date when you fulfill the Hands on course requirement or the date when you purchased the assignment.
Since you have completed the Hands on course requirement prior to purchasing your assignment, the certified date is considered as 21-JUN-13. We appreciate your understanding on this.
