how to update old content

Hi

I was wondering if there is anyway to edit the content of old posts, i was
looking at some of my posts and i found that i have listed my name and email
in them and they appear in the Google search result, and for privacy reasons
i need to remove anything related to me from any old post, if updating the
posts is not possible i will need all my posts to be deleted as well as my
profile.

Thanks in advance for your help.

Done.

There are only two hard things in computer science: cache invalidation, naming things, and off-by-one errors
