jasperReport tutorial , document ?

I am newbie in jasper anybody knows a good tutorial about it ?

Jasper report itself come with some nice samples and tutorials which are available in

and samples which are located in "Jasper report folder"\demo\samples

but if you need just preparing your report take a look at Ireport
http://ireport.sourceforge.net
which is a WYSIWYG like report designer ,
there are also some other report designer for jasper report , you can find them from the jasperReport web site.

I suggest that you check out BIRT a project from Eclipse foundation , it will highly ease designing reports and charts
