language identifier plugin in Nutch

hi guys,

I have a site where there is french as well as english content.
I have a single index created for both ..
have read elsewhere that the french pages alone can be searched using the
lang:fr in the query.

but to do this, I need to "activate" the language identifier plugin in the nutch-default.xml.

Can anybody tell me the exact lines and syntax to add in the xml to do this?

any help is greatly appreciated.
