This week's book giveaway is in the Mac OS forum. We're giving away four copies of a choice of "Take Control of Upgrading to Yosemite" or "Take Control of Automating Your Mac" and have Joe Kissell on-line! See this thread for details.
I'm posting just to thank you guys, this forum was really helpful!
As most people do, I will tell a piece of my experience:
I cleared Part 1 with 71%. The exam was a bit different than I expected but was fine.
Long questions, lots of scenarios.. it's very tiring.
Part 2 took me a while to understand what had to be done, where to start and what the SuD was about.
I recommend to start defining the deliverables, it helps to define what you are going to do, also think about the extra documents you are going to send, like: detailing the design patterns, security, architecture overview and so on (they are not required by Oracle, but it helps to explaing your solution).
Part 3 I did after 5 days of submitting. It's all about coarse grained questions, like non functional requirements, patterns used.
I recommend to buy the Part 3 before uploading Part 2, I had problems in Pearson Vue website and had to schedule the exam by phone.
I did the exam on saturday and in the monday just received the Oracle email. Did 137 score!
now I have one question, do I need to do one of those courses to be able to download my eCertificate?
