I have found some paid versions of SVN GUI client on Mac, but I was looking for any free SVN GUI client on Mac OS (maverick). Some thing like we have TortoiseSVN on Windows.

I was going to recommend Cornerstone, but then I saw you wanted a free app.

A quick search revealed svnx, but I don't know anything about it.

I've been using svnX for a long time with multiple repositories, and like it. Very good at that price point :-) (Not that I know of any other free svn clients for OS X...)

(insider knowledge) aren't you using IntelliJ? It has a good SVN interface.

Agree with Andrew here. Eclipse and IntelliJ have good built in support for SVN.
