Has anyone heard of this training course?

http://www.makersacademy.com/

I'm not promoting it or anything but I am seriously considering taking the course. I just wondered what the cons are? Can't seem to find much info on google.

Searching shows a lot written by fans, but not exactly balanced input. There's something similar in NY. Where they train people how to build apps. Which is fine if you consider it for what it is - learning how to build apps. It isn't going to be equivalent to a computer science degree as the focus is narrow.

I noticed that. I thought it was a bit strange that no one had anything bad to say about it.
