Web-based OpenOffice Writer?

Does anyone knows if there's any web-based equivalent of the OpenOffice Writer? Essentially, it could be just an editor (like HTML editor), whereby users can compose like in the normal OOO Writer (only that its web-based), then save the contents into the OOO XML format?

Any help is appreciated!

Cheers!
