HTTP Headers not carried over to the server

I have a strange scenario wherein some of my HTTP header information is not being carried over in the request headers once it reaches the server. I'm using the Apache HTTP client libraries to make a POST request to the server:



When I tried to print the request headers on the server, here is what I see:



Where did the Content-Encoding go?
