Hi,
I am preparing for the OCEJWCD exam, i am wondering whether it is possible to pass the EL Expression to the EL Function,
and evaluate as shown in the below code

Here in the above code in the request parameter of nums there is an ArrayList, which i intend to pass to the EL Function declared in the TLD, is it possible?

if there is no way, please suggest me an alternative approach to do the same without scriptlets

Thanks a lot in advance
Siddartha C.S

Hi Siddartha,

You cannot nest EL expressions. Please check the JSTL (e.g. <c:set>) libraries. There are a couple of examples in my notes (ScwcdLinks.

Hi Frits,
Thanks a lot for the quick response, implemented as you have said, and it works like a charm
