After finishing my bachelor of Software Engineering, I have programmed 4-5 years in Java and
I recently passed my OCA with a score of 75% (passing grade = 63%) and now I am standing in
75% isn't a lot and according to the Oracle feedback form, I got quite some subjects wrong.
At the moment I am reading the "Oracle Certified Professional Java SE7 Programmer Exams 1z0-804 and 1z0-805"
and I have two weeks to finish this book.
During my bachelor studies, I have worked with Threading, memory allocation, JPA, Java EE, JMS, SQL, RMI and Glassfish.
If I look at the subjects, I may stand a chance but I really am not sure...
Clearing the examp depends on how much effort an individual puts in the preparation. It is not fully about what we know or what we have worked on. It is more about understanding the concepts of core java.
Don't worry too much about the exam. Just prepare well and give it your best
