encodingStyle and array type in BP1.1, WSDL1.1 or SOAP 1.1

According to BP 1.1, it is not conformant to use encodingStyle = "http://schema.xmlsoap.org/soap/encoding" in a SOAP envelop and it is not conformant to use wsdl:arrayType or soapenc:arrayType in schema.

But when I read WSDL 1.1 and SOAP 1.1 specifications, I see examples like these:

I guess encodingStyle attributes and SOAP-ENC:arrayType are conformant to WSDL 1.1 and SOAP 1.1, but not BP 1.1.
Any comments?

I guess encodingStyle attributes and SOAP-ENC:arrayType are conformant to WSDL 1.1 and SOAP 1.1, but not BP 1.1.

What you should say is that the encodingStyle and SOAP-ENC:arrayType are allowed by SOAP 1.1 and WSDL1.1 but do not conform to Basis Profile 1.1. Or in other words: the use of these elements have caused problems in interoperability of Web Services, so you better not use them.

I agree. Here's the link: http://aspose.com/file-tools
