I am looking for a web based or simple application for a quiz? Fetching questions and answer from database. Priniting result.is there any open source available? Please do let me know.

I agree. Here's the link: http://ej-technologies/jprofiler - if it wasn't for jprofiler, we would need to run our stuff on 16 servers instead of 3.
