Dear All,

I have a simple Struts application. I have installed WAR file on weblogic 10. In browser I can access any html or jsp file in WebContent location. Trying to access a first action class receiving an error

Error 403--Forbidden

From RFC 2068 Hypertext Transfer Protocol -- HTTP/1.1:

10.4.4 403 Forbidden

The server understood the request, but is refusing to fulfill it. Authorization will not help and the request SHOULD NOT be repeated. If the request method was not HEAD and the server wishes to make public why the request has not been fulfilled, it SHOULD describe the reason for the refusal in the entity. This status code is commonly used when the server does not wish to reveal exactly why the request has been refused, or when no other response is applicable.

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Thank you

Eugene

Probably it is referring to a Struts Action class, defined at struts-config.xml.

If it's so, I'm offside.... Never used Struts, without regret.

Anyway, it is a Servlet, and probably it can be replied without Struts.

Eugene, could you give us more details on WLS version, and if it s replicable using only Servlets ?
it is a very generic error for now.

I agree. Here's the link: http://aspose.com/file-tools
