Hi,

In IE9 <meta http-equiv="X-UA-Compatible" content="IE=Edge" /> make the browser document mode to the latest version of IE(IE9).

But in IE10 it goes to Standards mode.

How can we make it to load in IE10 Standards?

Why do you think "Standards Mode" and "IE10 Standards" are any different? What are you seeing that you're not expecting?
