In EPractice lab, a question :

In which part of a SOAP message must the following optional element be contained?
A. SOAP Envelop
B. SOAP header
C. SOAP Body
D. SOAP attachment
E. any of the above
F. None of the above.
The given answer is B SOAP header.
But according to Basic Profile 1.1 final :

R0004 A MESSAGE MAY contain conformance claims, as specified in the conformance claim schema.


I think the answer should be F. None of the above. Because wsi:Claim is optional in the header.
