Hi,

We have the provision in to write mapping a resource and mapping a class in hibernate.cfg.xml,

I would like to know which one is best out of these two.

My assumption is writing .hbm.xml file is the better option, by this in future, if we want any changes mapping related then we cam directly change in hbm.xml, without touching the code?

please provide me some more information about

<!-- Mapping files -->
<mapping resource="Group.hbm.xml"/>

VS

<mapping class="com.org.Employee"/>
