WHile I have read about it, I'm having trouble discerning what is most important. Can someone summarize what would be good to know?

Was looking at Ranch after quite some time and was pleasantly surprised to see this. It is indeed a historic election for us. We are really tired of the family folks taking the top position with no consideration for merit.

To put it simply, I have never felt more optimistic about life.
