Only one question in SOA.

I am very new to the j2ee technology, and not have much experience, now I joined a company, they are fully talked about the service oriented architechture, can any body give me a suggesstion how to learn these SOA and where to start and what book should I prefer, how can I learn it quickly.

IBM has a large body of articles covering WS and SOA:

Keep in mind that they sell software implementing this, so at times the stuff may be a bit biased. Of particular interest is the article SOA Antipatterns on what not to do using WS and SOA.
