Is Oracle training required for Web services developer exams??

I'm planning to take one of the Oracle web services exams. That is either Oracle Certified Expert, Java EE 6 Web Services Developer or Oracle Certified Professional, Java EE 5 Web Services Developer
I'm not sure which one to take yet.

However, based on the information on the oracle pages:

http://education.oracle.com/pls/web_prod-plq-dad/db_pages.getpage?page_id=458&get_params=p_track_id:JEE6WSD and
http://education.oracle.com/pls/web_prod-plq-dad/db_pages.getpage?page_id=458&get_params=p_track_id:JEE5WSD

There's no requirement to take an Oracle specific course in order to take any of the two exams. Am I right in thinking this or is there something I'm missing?

Thanks

You are correct that there is no training requirement. Only two exams have that requirement and this isn't one of them.
