This app is incompatible with your device error in play store Android

I posted an app on the playstore but i get the error "This app is incompatible with your device.". The app works fine on my device.But i am not able to load it from the store to the device .The manifest is:

Please help. Also the app is not shown on typing the name in the store's search bar. It also shows that the app in incompatible with your device.

Interesting, it's showing the same for me. My -entirely speculative- guess is that it's somehow related to the in-app billing. That seems to differentiate it from your other apps (which do not show any incompatibility). Maybe that is not yet set up completely or correctly.
