Position GWT Widgets

i want to make gui using gwt java, and have question about how to position the elements of gui, can't understand how it works, just choose panels in gwt, then write the gui with java, and about position must i use html/css? i mean how can i position this checkboxes, radiobuttons, labels on the gui with gwt? Any suggestions please.
