Hi ,

Have some query regarding static vs dynamic web service client .Is dyanic client is implementation independent, means can I use same dynamic client to consume AXIS based web service as well as Jaxws based web service .

Welcome to JavaRanch.

What do you mean by a "dynamic" WS client, and what by a "static" one?

Also, JAX-WS is an API, whereas Axis is an implementation (which supports JAX-WS), so where do you see the difference between the two?

Hii ,

Let me put the question this way .There is some thing called static webservice client which create the stub in compile time and Dynamic webservice client which creats stub tn run time .Now I have two web service implementation ,one in JAX-RPC and other in JAX-WS .

I have one dynamic client which is used to invoke Jax-ws implementation .Can I use the same client to invoke JAX-RPC ?
