I have Struts tag & JSTL. How can i use them is iText?
Example: <bean:message key="message.hello"/> print Hello in English or Hallo in German.
Please show me a example. Thanks.

You can use the normal mechanism of using resource bundles. The code would look something like:
ResourceBundle bundle = ResourceBundle.getBundle("MyAppBundle") String i18nText = bundle.getKey("message.hello")
Then you can have files MyAppBundle.properties, MyAppBundle_en.properties etc.
