JavaService - service runs but doesn't do anything

With reference to this:
Command for installing service:
JavaService.exe -install "My Service" C:\Program Files\Java\jdk1.6.0_02\jre\bin\server\jvm.dll -start MyTestService -out c:\app\stdout.txt -err c:\app\stderr.txt
When I run this command, I get a message: The My Service automatic service was successfully installed.
When I run this service from windows service console, I get following alert: The service started and stopped. Some service start and stop because they have nothing to do...
But when I see the log file/output file (c:\app\stdout.txt), I don't see SOPs which are there in main method of MyTestService.java.
What can go wrong?
