Maker Faire has an annual show in California and New York. This is going to be the firth year in New York. I went to a "town hall" for people who applied to have booths and they said that next year they are going to have a third flagship show in London. They also said that the number of other Maker Faires has grown a lot international. I looked at the map of faires and they are right!

Has anyone been to one? Either a Mini-Maker Faire in the US or an international one? What did you think of it?

I was completely unaware of these, but, it seems there are three mini-maker faires annually within an hour of me, eight within two hours, and close to two dozen within five hours. Look interesting.

I'd never heard of this before. Nearest to me is a "mini" one in Dublin.
