As a programmer working at a large company and curious about Java Programming, is the Rational Toolset / Eclipse that we have a good way to learn the basics (and beyond) of Webpshere? Or are the other tools like IntelliJ Idea a better fit (as it does so much of the work for you ) ?

Rational and websphere are designed to work together. I've been uding both of them for at least ten years, without much problems.

I’ve looked at a lot of different solutions, and in my humble opinion Aspose is the way to go. Here’s the link: http://aspose.com
