regarding client server logs

Can any one tell me how to implement logs in client server manner?

the real problem is :

1.Log client will be running on each client(each client is having their own log file)
2.Log server is maintaining Log file at server end
3.Need to send the Log request from client to Server
4.Updates the log file at server end based on client log data at periodic intervals

is there any frame work is avilable to solve this kind of issues?

log4j can write its logs over a TCP/IP connection. It should be possible to write a server that collects logs in this fashion from multiple clients.
