This week's book giveaway is in the OO, Patterns, UML and Refactoring forum. We're giving away four copies of Refactoring for Software Design Smells: Managing Technical Debt and have Girish Suryanarayana, Ganesh Samarthyam & Tushar Sharma on-line! See this thread for details.
I saw an introduction to Lambdas in Java 8 by Simon Ritter at the w-jax 2013 in London.
He also said a little bit abuot multiple inheritance and default methods in interfaces.
His opinion seemed to be: multiple inheritance in methods is good, but in attributes it's very bad!
I feel that multiple inheritance is another tool programmers have to solve problems. You just have to be careful how you use the tool. It’s not so much that one feature is good or bad as much as understanding when to use something like multiple inheritance.
