How to set JVM class path in a WAS 8.5.5 Liberty Profile?

I am aware that we can set the system properties and properties in the jvm.options file.

#sample options file
-Xms256m
-Xmx512m
-D<aSystemProperty>=<aValueForTheSystemProperty>

But I could NOT find any place to set the classpath as was done in full profile. E.g. It goes in server.xml in WAS full profile. It cannot be done in jvm.options file as I read it from few posts. Anyone please confirm the same.

<processDefinitions xmi:type="processexec:JavaProcessDef" xmi:id="JavaProcessDef_1183122130078" workingDirectory="${USER_INSTALL_ROOT}" executableTargetKind="JAVA_CLASS" executableTarget="com.ibm.ws.runtime.WsServer">
<execution xmi:id="ProcessExecution_1183122130078" processPriority="20" runAsUser="" runAsGroup=""/>
<ioRedirect xmi:id="OutputRedirect_1183122130078" stdoutFilename="${SERVER_LOG_ROOT}/native_stdout.log" stderrFilename="${SERVER_LOG_ROOT}/native_stderr.log"/>
<monitoringPolicy xmi:id="MonitoringPolicy_1183122130078" maximumStartupAttempts="3" pingInterval="60" pingTimeout="300" autoRestart="true" nodeRestartState="STOPPED"/>
<jvmEntries xmi:id="JavaVirtualMachine_1183122130078" verboseModeClass="false" verboseModeGarbageCollection="false" verboseModeJNI="false" runHProf="false" debugMode="false" debugArgs="-agentlib:jdwp=transport=dt_socket,server=y,suspend=n,address=7779" genericJvmArguments="-Xquickstart" disableJIT="false">
<classpath>C:\Cyberlife\clSTPConfig;C:\Cyberlife\clSTPConfig\config;C:\Cyberlife\clSTPConfig\config\SecurityConfig</classpath>
<systemProperties xmi:id="Property_1" name="com.ibm.security.jgss.debug" value="off" required="false"/>
<systemProperties xmi:id="Property_2" name="com.ibm.security.krb5.Krb5Debug" value="off" required="false"/>
<systemProperties xmi:id="Property_1404808787623" name="ws.ext.dirs" value="C:\Cyberlife\clSTPRuntime;C:\Cyberlife\clSTPRuntime\config;C:\SQLLIB\java\db2java.zip" required="false"/>

</jvmEntries>
</processDefinitions>

I need this entry marked in red to be done in the Liberty Profile. I am not getting any place to add it. The system properties are defined in the following way, but the classpath entry is still a mystery?

-D<ws.ext.dirs>=<C:\CyberlifeEclipse\clSTPRuntime;C:\CyberlifeEclipse\clSTPRuntime\config>
