Great question! I've actually put together a list which is available with URLs to each tool on the book site here - http://cameronbanga.com/EMIDbook/chapters/appendixes.html

In the book, an entire appendix is dedicated to why I think each tool is great, along with some alternatives for Windows/Mac specific tools. So for further reading, this is my recommended tool list!

Thanks for the URL. Looks like some good stuff. Already thinking of downloading Balsamiq and playing around with it.

I wish I had Bugshot a few weeks ago when I looked at alternate designs for a web page that bugged me.
