Hello ,

I am looking for Java/J2EE development job outside India. I have 2 years of development experience. Have applied to plenty of job openings through job websites in Singapore, Malaysia, New Zealand, Australia but received not even a single reply for interview. Can anybody suggest me which country can get easily allow Indian immigrant job seekers and tips to make my way to the companies.

Thanks

Welcome to the Ranch.

The only advice I could give is: make sure your CV is outstanding in some way. Hiring foreigners generally takes more work and expense for an employer due to visas and legal restrictions etc. -even more so if the applicant is still abroad- so a domestic candidate with the same qualifications will generally be preferred. So if your CV only lists skills that are on offer everywhere, you will face sizable odds. Only if you bring something to the table that is in short supply will employers really take notice.
