Hi Experts

I m displaying Jasper reports in Excel Format but the alingnment is not proper. The cell width and height are very small morover the whole report content is coming in one single cell..

I want to generate a report in EXCEL format. The contents would be mainly tabular result I want to display, the actual data in a tabular format .
But when I try to generate the report in EXCEL format, I want the individual columns of a table to occupy seperate cell. But now it is not happening so, many cells are coming closer to each other resulting in poor alignment.

NazneenAliza Shaikh,
Welcome to JavaRanch!

In an effort to help you get the most from our forums, we've compiled a
list of tips for asking questions here. You can find the list in our
FAQ section here.
In particular please see: EaseUp
to find out why adding 'urgent' to your posts or subject line can actually slow down or halt responses to your question altogether.

Please also see:
Abbreviations such as "u" or "ur" in
place of "you" and "you are" or "you're" confound language translation software making
it hard for our non-English speaking members to read your posts.
"pliz" is not a word in the English language.

Again, welcome to JavaRanch and good luck with your question.

Let's continue the discussion in this duplicate thread.
