Sun Certified Java xxxx

Why don't you add a new Forum "Java Certification - Includes Sun and IBM Topics".

What do you mean by it includes IBM and Sun Topics?

I created a new forum called "Certification"

Well, as you probably already know, you can become a:
Sun Certified Programmer, or
Sun Certified Developer, or
Sun Certified Architect.
IBM and a consortium of other companies are coming up with there own certification programs as well. So far they only have a program like the Sun Certified Programmer. As a matter of fact, I have been told that the SCP (Sun or IBM version) will be a prerequisite for their subsequent certifications.
