I have a log4j.properties locate at WEB-INF/properties/ directorty
When weblogic start, keep print out WARN: Log4j need to configure properly.
No found appender.
Is there any extra step in need to put in web.xml, or weblogic.xml in order to do the debug print out to console .
Thanks

The log4j.properties file should be in the classpath of the application. So move the file to either WEB-INF/classes or WEB-INF/lib folder.
