java.io.IOException: unexpected end of part

I upgraded my plesk version and my com.orielly.servlet package for file uploading started to throw java.io.IOException: unexpected end of part error sometime sometimes but really annoyance for the users

Any help will be highly appreciated

what is the treatment applied to the file you are trying to read ?

I mean is it generated, do you change its content..?
