I wanna know how weblogic uses its internal driver to connect to Database and how it is different to the other method of using direct Type 4 jdbc.

I guess you mean the Weblogic dbKona objects ie the weblogic.db package hierarchy? Or do you mean the pooling mechanism?
I've not seen the BEA source for these objects.
