Weblogic on Win 98

I installed Weblogic 6.0 (sp2) on win 98 and on clicking the "Start Default Server" in the program menu it shows me the window asking me to click on the program I want to use to open the file 'startWebLogic.cmd'.
What am I supposed to do to start it?

rename the .cmd file to .bat file
